Yuri had realised early in life that his passion goes to people and development. During his two decades of consulting career, Yuri had partnered with senior and top managements across industry in numerous people and organisation transformation. A go-getter and team player, Yuri drives business result through people strategy. As the President Director of Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Yuri commits to shift the leadership paradigm in Indonesia through Leaders of a New Planet.
Yuri was the valedictorian of his year at Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Padjadjaran, graduating with magna cum laude. Currently, he is undergoing a masters-level postgraduate program at Saïd Business School, The University of Oxford, UK. Yuri is certified as Targeted Selection® interviewer & administrator, project management, performance management, strategic HR audit & blueprint, competency modelling, organisation design, and talent management.
In his spare time, Yuri finds happiness in listening to music, playing the guitar or piano, or reading a good book.
Rainier, or Rene, as he prefers to be called, is a Human Capital professional with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and talent management. His extensive knowledge helped develop teams of clients across sectors – SOEs, MNCs and Local Group of Companies, by identifying their needs, providing recommendations, developing, and implementing various development programs. In addition to overseeing the organisation’s operations and leading the team of consultants, Rainier is passionate about marketing and had often spearheaded DDI’s campaigns and major events.
Rene has a keen focus on organisational and personal transformation, certified by DDI as Master Trainer, Targeted Selection® Interviewer, dan Dimension Analyst. Rene is also a certified facilitator for Transformation through Values, Cultural Transformation Tools, Transformational Coaching, Foresight Thinking, and Foresight Practitioner. He is currently a PhD candidate on Public Administration from the University of Indonesia.
Rene is a cycling enthusiast that has explored Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke on two wheels.
Dicky is the calm and level-headed Associate Director of Daya Dimensi Indonesia. Dicky believes that in order to give the right solution, the team must dive deep to the heart of the problem, no matter how small the concern. Dicky also has a keen interest in digital solutions and is exceptional in bringing together talent and technology.
While he found his calling in people and organisational transformation, Dicky was first a finance graduate from Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Padjadjaran. In addition to being a DDI Facilitator and Targeted Selection® Administrator & Interviewer, Dicky is also a certified facilitator for Transformation through Values™ and Evolutionary Coach.
Fun fact: Dicky collects diver’s watches because, to him, seeing intricate mechanical movements and functional designs sparks joy.
As one of the leading experts in assessment center and talent management in Indonesia, Vina now serves as Principal Consultant in Daya Dimensi Indonesia. She has led the consulting team in various talent management and assessment center initiatives at strategic and complex projects within large corporations and/or government institutions.
Since founding Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 1998, Vina has held multiple roles including General Manager, Principal Consultant, and Directorship positions in Daya Dimensi Indonesia. She is instrumental in leading, managing, and overseeing both project delivery and consulting content in various strategic projects in Indonesia. She also played significant role in ensuring Assessment Center (AC) standards in Indonesia by serving as Secretary General of Indonesian Task Force of AC Code of Conduct from 2001 – 2005 and Vice Chairman of PASSTI (Perkumpulan Assessment Center Indonesia) from 2015 – present. Vina is a certified psychologist and executive coach.
Vina is also a strong advocate for mental health and a longtime member of the Parents Support Group at Yayasan Mpati (Masyarakat Peduli Autis).
Ketut believes that the core of humanity and people is helping others. This kindness can be expressed anytime, anywhere, and to anyone. With this principle, plus his optimism and reliability, he has led and assisted in many organisational transformation projects, both in the private and public sector.
Ketut is a lifelong learner with multiple fields of interest. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from ITB. Ketut is currently a candidate for PhD in Administration from the University of Indonesia. A certified DDI facilitator, TS® interviewer, and dimension analyst, Ketut is also an expert in cultural transformation tools from Barrett Values Centre.
Outside of work, Ketut enjoys spending time outdoors such as gardening, travelling with family, and running. Ketut is also a proud finisher of Bali Marathon 2019.
Outgoing and driven, Hatta is the Sales Director of Daya Dimensi Indonesia. With 15 years of experience in HR, Hatta embodies a balance in understanding people and business-savvy. Hatta’s energy is contagious as he leads his team in bringing solutions to many organisations’ talent and leadership needs. Hatta strongly believes that partnership for transformation is a long-term relationship. That’s why he goes the extra mile to meet each client’s needs. This commitment resulted in consistent growth in Daya Dimensi Indonesia sales year-on-year with a steady stream of loyal and satisfied clients.
Hatta’s international network had started from his school years, having graduated with an undergraduate degree from the Science University of Oregon Eugene, Oregon and a masters degree from National University San Diego, California, USA. Hatta is also a certified DDI facilitator, TS® Interviewer, and dimension analyst.
Hatta enjoys the excitement from music and sports. While he used to be a DJ in his younger days, Hatta never stopped being a loyal Manchester United fan.
In 1998, Novi founded Daya Dimensi Indonesia with a group of friends. To date, Novi still actively contributes in the business as the driver of innovation and technology. Novi’s leadership and perseverance has helped shape many of Daya Dimensi Indonesia’s advancements, such as DLABS, online assessment, and Odyssey. This translates into a range of DDI’s inventive solutions for clients across sector as well. As a woman in both STEM and HR field, Novi strongly believes that kindness is the key to creating meaningful technology for humanity.
Coming from a Biology major in Institut Pertanian Bogor with a masters degree from Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Gajah Mada, Novi proved that passion can be found and nurtured anywhere. Novi herself is an accomplished facilitator, TS® interviewer and administrator, and is certified in organisational development.
When not working, Novi enjoys the peace of spending quality time with family and travelling with friends.
