Daya Dimensi Indonesia is the leading provider of assessment centre in Indonesia, with 2 comprehensive and digital-supported assessment center facilities located in Jakarta and Surabaya’s prime business districts and 250 certified assessors, administrators, and consultants. Our Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Vina Pendit, was the secretary of the International Task Force on Guidelines & Ethical Considerations for Assessment Center in 2001. 
With Development Dimensions International’s world-class and cutting-edge methodology, our assessment center process is fully compliant with both international and Indonesia’s assessment center code of conduct (COC). We’ve also developed our own first fully virtual and COC-compliant Virtual Assessment Center.
All of DDI’s working processes are compliant with ISO 27001:2013, on Information Security Management System (ISMS). We ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers’ digital data across all our solutions such as Virtual Assessment Center (VAC), online training, and many others.

Daya Dimensi Indonesia's team then conducts talent mapping to find candidates from the right source and talent pools and generates a database of potential candidates based on requirements in determining the right person. We administer and process candidate CVs, conduct testing and evaluation processes, as well interviews. Our RPO team can also assist in additional processes, such as health tests, final interviews, and onboarding programs.

Therefore, Daya Dimensi Indonesia develops our in-house research and development (R&D) team to capture both everyday and extraordinary occurrences and present meaningful findings to help Indonesian leaders, communities, and organisations grow.
