Yuri had realised early in life that his passion goes to people and development. During his two decades of consulting career, Yuri had partnered with senior and top management across industries in numerous people and organisation transformation. A go-getter and team player, Yuri drives business results through people strategy. As the President Director of Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Yuri commits to shift the leadership paradigm in Indonesia through Leaders of a New Planet.
Yuri was the valedictorian of his year at Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Padjadjaran, graduating with magna cum laude. Currently, he holds a masters-level postgraduate degree in Organizational Leadership with Distinction from Saïd Business School, The University of Oxford, UK. Yuri is certified as a Targeted Selection®? interviewer & administrator, change/transformation management, performance management, strategic HR review & blueprint, competency modelling, organization design, succession, and talent management.
In his spare time, Yuri finds happiness in listening to music, playing the guitar or piano, or reading a good book.
Rainier, or Rene for short, is an Organizational Transformational Expert with more than 20 years of experience in leadership and talent development. Rene brings forth his depth and breadth of experience, from managing Top-Team Alignment sessions to designing and facilitating sustainable transformational programs. In addition to overseeing the consultancy business, Rene is passionate about innovation and spearheads DDI’s DREAM team (Digital, Research, and Marketing). Rene is also actively involved in founding and overseeing both Rumah Mentor Indonesia (RUMI) and Sekolah Mentor Indonesia (SeMI).
Rene has a keen focus on organizational and personal transformation, certified by DDI as a Master Trainer for leadership development, Dimension Analyst, and Targeted Selection® system. Rene is also a certified facilitator for Facilitating Transformation through Values, Cultural Transformation Tools, Transformational Coaching, Sustainability Accelerator, Foresight Thinking, and Foresight Practitioner. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration from Universitas Indonesia.
An avid cyclist, Rene has explored Indonesia from island to island on two wheels.
Outgoing and driven, Hatta is the Sales Director of Daya Dimensi Indonesia. With 15 years of experience in Sales & HR, Hatta embodies a balance in understanding people and being business-savvy. Hatta's energy is contagious as he leads his team in bringing solutions to many organisations' talent and leadership needs. Hatta strongly believes that partnership for transformation is a long-term relationship. That's why he goes the extra mile to meet each client's needs. This commitment resulted in consistent growth in Daya Dimensi Indonesia sales year-on-year with a steady stream of loyal and satisfied clients.
Hatta's international network had started from his school years, having graduated with an undergraduate degree from the Science University of Oregon Eugene, Oregon, and a Master's degree from National University San Diego, California, USA. Hatta is also a certified DDI Facilitator, Targeted Selection® Interviewer, and Dimension Analyst.
Hatta enjoys the excitement of music, travel, and sports. While he no longer DJs as he used to, Hatta never stopped being a loyal Manchester United fan.
As one of the leading experts in assessment center and talent management in Indonesia, Vina now serves as Principal Consultant in Daya Dimensi Indonesia. She has led the consulting team in various talent management and assessment center initiatives at strategic and complex projects within large corporations and/or government institutions.
Since founding Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 1998, Vina has held multiple roles including General Manager, Principal Consultant, and Directorship positions in Daya Dimensi Indonesia. She is instrumental in leading, managing, and overseeing both project delivery and consulting content in various strategic projects in Indonesia. Vina also played a significant role in ensuring assessment center standards in Indonesia by serving as Secretary-General of the Indonesian Task Force of Assessment Center Code of Conduct (2001–2005) and Vice Chairman of PASSTI (Perkumpulan Assessment Center Indonesia) from 2015 until now.
Vina is a certified psychologist and executive coach, as well as a certified trainer in Tension Release Exercise. Vina is a strong advocate for mental health and a long-time member of the Parents Support Group at Yayasan Mpati (Masyarakat Peduli Autis).
In 1998, Novi founded Daya Dimensi Indonesia with a group of friends. To date, Novi still actively contributes to the business as the driver of innovation and technology. Novi’s leadership and perseverance have helped shape many of Daya Dimensi Indonesia’s advancements, such as DLABS, online assessment, and Odyssey. This translates into a range of DDI’s inventive solutions for clients across sectors as well. As a woman in both the STEM and HR fields, Novi strongly believes that kindness is the key to creating meaningful technology for humanity.
Coming from a Biology major in Institut Pertanian Bogor with a masters degree from Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Gajah Mada, Novi proved that passion can be found and nurtured anywhere. Novi herself is an accomplished facilitator, Targeted Selection® interviewer, and administrator, and is certified in organisational development.
When not working, Novi enjoys the peace of spending quality time with family and traveling with friends.
